Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 2-3 Green Chillies 3 Boiled Potatoes 4-5 tbsp Ground Peanuts 2 tbsp Grated Coconut 1 tsp Sugar Salt to taste Water
Method:
- In a pan heat some ghee. - Add cumin seeds, green chillies, potatoes, ground peanuts, grated coconut, sugar & salt. Mix everything well. - Add little water and mix well. - Cover it with a lid and let the sabzi cook for 2 minutes. - Serve this sabzi with curd.
