Training Legs As Any body builder knows legs training cannot be left out. In this training sessions we will be doing squats, dumbbell squats and leg extensions. My form of training is high intensity, which includes minimal rest and compound sets. We will utilize both Stacking or Compound sets with minimal rest as we train legs.
