Encounter with the Unknown (1972)

A collection of supposedly "fact-based" supernatural episodes--typical "urban legends" stuff--includes ghosts, ancient curses, assorted flashbacks, and a general air of "cheap production". However, it does sport narration by Rod Serling, who gives it a little flavor of, if not quite "The Twilight Zone", perhaps a slow day at the "Night Gallery".
