From the end of World War II until the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the city was divided into East and West Berlin - a division also reflected by the East and West police forces and the different vehicles they drove. Former officers have acquired and restored these vintage patrol cars, paddy wagons and motorcycles. Berlin's Police Heritage Museum celebrates nearly one hundred years of automotive history.
