Mick Jagger Becomes First Time Great-Grandfather

Mick Jagger is now a great-grandfather. His 21-year-old granddaughter named Assisi Jackson and her boyfriend, Alex Key recently welcomed a baby girl into the world, making Mick a first time great granddaddy.
Go back about 40 years and Mick Jagger was jumping around the stage with ease to tunes like ‘Jumpin' Jack Flash’ and ‘I Can't Get No Satisfaction’. Although he’s still performing in front of live audiences, his home life has changed just a bit.
Mick is now a great-grandfather. His 21-year-old granddaughter named Assisi Jackson and her boyfriend, Alex Key recently welcomed a baby girl into the world, making Mick a first time great granddaddy.
The new arrival has also made Mick’s 42-year-old daughter Jade Jagger a first time granny. In a little twist to the story, Jade is currently pregnant with her third child, meaning the new grandmother was pregnant right alongside her own daughter.
As for Mick, he hasn’t yet commented about becoming a great grandfather, but its safe to say he’s happy about the new baby girl and the yet-to-be born grandchild in his family, but evidently he doesn’t approve of the grandpa title.
Assisi remarked “I imagine it's nice to be a great-granddad – although I'm not sure he likes the idea of getting old, or being called one. I call him Mick – I wouldn't start calling him Grandpa.”
