The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating an alleged incident that went down on a recent Monday night. It involved the attempted robbery of cell pone and Justin Bieber is the man accused of trying to swipe it.

It involved the attempted robbery of cell pone and Bieber is the man accused of trying to swipe it. According to a department spokesperson, Rosario Herrera, cops didn’t receive a report pertaining to the incident until a day after it happened.
Herrera also said investigators are interviewing the woman who lodged the complaint. The female told police Bieber had gotten into an argument with several other men at a batting cage in Sherman Oaks.
She said Bieber turned towards her and demanded she hand over her phone, fearing she may have taken photos of him during the altercation. When she refused to give the device to him, she claimed Bieber reached into her purse and snatched it.
Bieber’s lawyers and reps have not responded to inquiries regarding the allegation and no charges have yet been filed.
Earlier this year, Bieber had another brush with the law. In January, he was arrested in Miami Beach after drag racing on a residential street at about 4:30 in the morning.
The pop star admitted to drinking a beer, smoking marijuana and taking anti-depressants before getting behind the wheel.
