Mr. Amir Farrokh Heshmatpour is the Founder and has been the Managing Director of AFH Holding & Advisory LLC since July 2003. Mr. Heshmatpour has been Principal Executive Officer, President, Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Director for AFH Acquisition XII, Inc. since October 18,2007. Mr. Heshmatpour has led AFH through numerous successful transactions both in the United States and China. He has been President and Secretary of AFH Holding VII, Inc. since April 16, 2007 and serves as its Principal Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He serves as the Principal Executive Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of AFH Holding IV, Inc. and has been its its President and Secretary since April 16, 2007. He has been the President and Secretary of AFH Holding III, Inc. since April 16, 2007 and serves as its Principal Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
