Lloyd Klein's Sping 2000 marked his first runway presentation in NYC during New York Fashion Week in the tents at Bryant Park.. Bold & Briliant colors in electric hues of pink, fushia, orange, purple, red, blue, yellow and green are celebrated. On the day of the fashion show which was scheduled mid day in Bryant Park, torrential rains hit Manhattan. Right up and until the start of the program rain hit so hard it was leaking through the peak of the gabled tent right onto the runway floor. Everyone was late, including the model scheduled to wear the finale gown. Luckily one of Lloyd Klein's friend's and her mother were attending the show. The moment the designer found out she was there he asked her to fill in....It became Nikki Hilton's first time on the runway...We will never forget your help Nikki!
