A man in Winter Haven, Florida has been accused of hitting a woman in the face while she was waiting in a McDonald’s drive-through line.
A man in Winter Haven, Florida has been accused of hitting a woman in the face while she was waiting in a McDonald’s drive through line. The disturbing incident was filmed by a customer who was also in the fast food line.
68-year-old Howard Wilson can be seen speaking to the passenger inside the vehicle that had been in front of him. He tugged on the door and later moved his hand inside the auto in what appears to be a striking or punching motion.
Once he walked away, a woman, later identified as Brittani Thomas, stepped out of the vehicle. No audio can be heard in the video, but according to witnesses, the suspect was yelling and spewing curses and racial slurs at the woman.
Onlookers claim Wilson became uncontrollably angry after the car Thomas was in cut in front of him. Once the confrontation ended, Wilson pulled out of the line and drove home. Officers soon found him.
When presented with that evidence, he commented it was 'like a road rage incident.’ Wilson was arrested and is now facing a charge of battery.
