On Tuesday, February 18, ten-year-old Hailey Owens was kidnapped as she walked through her Springfield neighborhood. Police believe her captor killed her in the short few hours before he was caught. A crowd of up to 10,000 turned out in southwest Missouri on Saturday night to pay homage to the fourth-grader.
