A Los Angeles Times article points out the fine print in a Capital One contract says the credit card company could technically come by a cardholder's house or place of work. Capital One is now saying that won't actually happen, and the company is revisiting its terms after backlash. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) has the rest.
