10-Year-Old Crashes Mom's SUV into DMV Office

A 10-year-old little girl had been sitting in the back seat of her mother’s SUV, which was parked in a DMV lot. She jumped in the front seat and drove straight through the DMV office.
Kids are curious by nature. With that in mind, it’s certainly wise to never leave them unattended.
A 10-year-old little girl in Colorado proved how inquisitive children can be. She had been sitting in the back seat of her mother’s SUV, which was parked in a DMV lot. She then decided she wanted to hop in the front.
It didn’t take long for the vehicle to begin moving forwards. The SUV traveled about 25 feet before crashing into a DMV office.
That car ended up going through this wall. And it is very lucky that things didn't get bad. As you can see this parking lot is pretty
short. She didn't have much of a head start.
It scared everybody. They heard a large boom. And then all of a sudden, they saw an SUV in the front part of the
waiting area.
The child’s mother had witnessed the incident and rushed to the side window to instruct the girl how to apply the brakes. Luckily, no further damage was done.
About 12 employees were inside at the time of the accident but none were injured. The little girl was also perfectly fine. The mother claimed the vehicle was not left running when she was inside the DMV.
Police cited the child for reckless driving. No charges were issued against the mom.
