Yoga - How to Do the Clamp

This posture stretches the muscles, relaxes the spine and will make you feel like you're coming back home.
Sit down.
Straighten your legs
Straighten your back, inhale and raise your arms while stretching your back.
Exhale and bend forward, move your chest towards your thighs and catch your feet or ankles. If you are in this position, release any tension in your shoulders and neck, focus on your navel or your breath.
With every breath you relax a little bit more.
Do not force your back to bend, but allow time for your back muscles to lengthen.
The position of the clamp will stretch the muscles of the back and the legs.
It relaxes the hips, massages the internal organs of the abdomen and releases back pain and relaxes the back muscles.
