BEYOND BUSINESS - Google handed maximum fine by French privacy watchdog

Google has been given a maximum fine of €150,000 by the French data protection watchdog CNIL, after finding the company in breach of French law over changes it made to its privacy policy. Also, more disappointing sales figures from British retailers have added to what’s being called the "Nightmare on High Street".
