Carpentersville, IL police illegally raided Al Shah's house on May 18, 2013 and took two children against their will from the house. Not only that, due to religious and racial hatred police filed Child neglect complaint against Al Shah with Illinois Department of Children and Family Services although the older child was state certified to baby sit the younger child. Illinois Department of Children and Family Services found it baseless and based on bias. It is believed that a group on Indian people are behind it. Later Al was threatened not to file a civil rights violation law suit against village of Carpentersville, IL or against its police department. This video was illegally accessed and video was tampered as a part of destroying or tampering evidence so Shah family can not get compensated in the court.
