David continues to rile the residents of Walford and is pleased when he bumps into Ian and manages to wind him up about his relationship with Denise, clearly playing on Ian’s insecurities. Later, David sees Michael and reminds him the last time they saw one another Michael had lured him into Derek’s trap, leaving Michael wary. Elsewhere, Whitney feels like David is treading on her toes when he tries to take charge of the family, however when the house is in chaos David steps in to help but Whitney makes it clear it will take a lot more than that for her to accept him
