It appears Sallie had already moved to the new Moor Market, judging by the message on the door.
Last visited by me in the early 1990s, this place used to be a regular call-in for my mum and nan when going shopping in the school holidays.
My brother and me had to tag along and for our trouble received a cheese sarnie with salad cream ( yum ) washed down with a Pepsi.
