Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Bankruptcy & bailiffs? - ive had bailiffs around my home today looking for an outstanding debt for non domestic rates as well as receiving a notice for another debt from my landlord of £22,500, as these have been sent to me through these people, if i was to declare bankruptcy would this cease people coming round and hassling me & my partner, three's no way i can pay of this debt as the recession has left me with no assests nothing, im really worried & don't know what the best course of action is stop this upsetting the rest of my family !!, i just dont know what to do -
