Urban wakeboarding to become the latest craze in France?

Living in the busy city, not many of us get to go to the beach to relax. But one french man, decided to bring the ‘beach’ to the city. Hannah Silvers friend Yannick, decided to celebrate the first day of November by wakeboarding in the fountain of Place Victor Hugo, in Grenoble.
