On October 7th, 23-year-old Michelle Calderon took a stroller with the baby to the establishment. She piled about $250 worth of candy and snacks into the bottom of the carriage.

Calderon had two male accomplices with her in the store, Raymond Lebron and Darnell Johnson. The group tried to leave the store with their acquired goodies, but a worker, who was aware of exactly what they were doing, tried to stop them.

The employee confronted them, however Lebron hit the worker in the face while Calderon used the stroller to ram and strike the male staffer, pushing him down on the sidewalk. The victim was able to grab the carriage, but the trio ran off, leaving the baby behind.

Police were able to catch all three suspects soon after.
