Texas Senator Ted Cruz took to the Senate floor to make his case for defunding Obamacare. In order to sway the hearts and minds over the matter, he read from Dr. Seuss' 'Green Eggs & Ham' and sort of missed the point. Even better was the fact his speech technically wasn't even a filibuster.
