Time Lapse Shows the Beauty of Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh, with a population of over seven million, is a varied and vibrant city. Jan Niederhumer had access to the top of the under-construction Saigon M&C Tower and wanted to show one of the stunning views from the building (which is due to become the second tallest building in the city).
