Tubing in Flooded Boulder Tunnel

Heavy flooding hit the Boulder region of Colorado on September 11, causing the university campus situated there to be closed. It seems students made the most of the flooding, with several clips of them tubing and playing being recorded and subsequently attracting media attention. This footage was taken as the videographer tubed down a flooded tunnel, dodging bicycles along his way. Credit: Carl Marvin.
