A Montana woman has been charged with second degree murder supposedly by pushing her husband over a cliff, barely one week after they were married.

According to the accused, Jordan Linn Graham, she and her new husband had been arguing while hiking in Glacier National Park on July 7th.

The fight continued on their way up the mountain. Graham said he grabbed her by the arm, and she immediately pried his hand off of it.

She also admitted that in a state of rage she pushed him while he had his back turned, sending him over the cliff.

That’s not the first version of the events surrounding his death she’s told, though.

Her husband, Cody Lee Johnson, was reported missing the next day when he didn’t show up at work.

The following day Graham said that he’d left with friends she didn’t know on the night in question.

Reportedly she emailed a friend on July 10th that Cody had gone hiking with some buddies and had fallen to his death.

She later directed authorities to his body, saying she figured his death had happened there because it was a place he’d always wanted to visit.
