Mom and Dad's Cassette Tape (Side A) Unknown Name???? (1987)

This is Side A of another recording from my mom and dad's cassette tapes. This was probably recorded in 1987 because most of these songs sound like 1986-1987 R&B music. I know some of these songs but maybe you guys can help me out on finding all of the songs on here. I'm pretty sure this was recorded from the legendary 98.7 Kiss FM radio station and other regular LP albums thrown in.
