In Latvian language we call it "Rodeļi" in English I would call it "Baby Rollercoaster" but I guess it's called "Rodel Track", but anyway you can ride this thing for just a little above $1 per ride. I personally took around 3-4 rides, really enjoyed it. So anyway find the place in Latvia called "Rāmkalni" and that's the place where you will have the opportunity to ride this little rollercoaster.
