BREAKING: British Lawmakers Say No To Strike on Syria

The British House of Commons voted not to get involved in Syria. There were only 13 votes separating the House. Prime Minister David Cameron assured the House of Commons that he will not go forward without their approval. This could be a huge setback for Cameron with the majority of his government going against him.
