How One NY Photographer Took Intimate Photos Of His Neighbors In The Name Of Art

A New York City Judge has ruled in favor of photographer Arne Svenson, who made headlines in recent months for secretly photographing his neighbors across the street with a telephoto lens, and then using the photos in an art exhibit without their consent entitled ‘The Neighbors.’ IBT Senior Reporter Christopher Zara spoke with us about the controversey.
