A man in the Dominican Republic wakes up after a night of drinking to find his penis gone. Neighbors say Geraldo Ramos was so wasted that he didn’t notice being attacked by a dog who bit the member off. This comes just one week after a paralyzed man was rushed to the hospital after a dog ate one of his testicles.
