Serious Sam Double D is a 2D side scrolling shooter set in the Serious Sam universe. The player's main objective is to kill waves of enemies and get to the end of the level. The game also introduces a power up that allows two weapons to be bolted together. The game features the same enemies as the Serious Sam first person shooters, but it also introduces a few new ones.
