The Process of Residential Roof Repairs With Arizona Native Roofing

When someone calls with a residential roof problem, I take the call, set up an appointment with that person. I come out, evaluate what the problem is, whether it'd be a repair or they need a new roof. I then send either by email or a written estimate, a price contract. Upon agreement, we both sign contracts and I will take a down payment. And from there, we set up a date to do the roof service or roof work.
