I absolutely love Bowflex TC10 TreadClimber! I used to be in great shape and this was the most popular (and fought over) equipment at the gym.
Now that I have moved out into the working world and have less time on my hands, have gotten myself so far out of shape, and have less motivation to actually drive to the gym, this is even more perfect! Bowflex TC10 TreadClimber is an easy workout that caters to your body and your needs.
I started extremely out of shape and could only do it for short periods of time and lower speeds, but I've noticed myself being able to stay on longer and doing better overall. I feel great! I fit into my "fit" clothes again, and have a lot more energy!
The only regret I have is that I didn't make this investment sooner.
