BREAKING VIDEO: Train Derails Outside Paris Killing At Least Eight People

A train has derailed in a city just outside of Paris, France, killing at least eight. BBC reports the train had just left Paris when it detailed, crashing into a station platform. The BBC also says there are people trapped inside the train and a local official says there were many casualties.
