A Qatar royal and lover of really, really expensive cars, had one of his rides impounded in London after he failed to produce the required documents.

A Qatar Royal who likes really, really expensive cars, had one of his rides impounded in London after he failed to produce the required documents.

Of course, it wasn’t just any car, it was a Lamborghini Aventador and a glowing one at that.

The Five hundred thousand dollar-or-so auto had been customized with a few coats of chrome purple paint and luminous orange stripes.

One onlooker said it reminded him of something out of the movie Tron.

A crowd of spectators had started to gather when the prince was pulled over near Harrods.

Police requested that the royal produce a driver’s license and insurance documentation. They also noted his lack of a front license plate.

Failure to provide the authorities with what they asked for resulted in the car being impounded and towed away.

One onlooker commented, “It is great when the wealthy foreign tourists come over every summer as you always see these amazing supercars.”

Let's hope the issues get sorted out and the car is back on the road where it belongs.
