It’s time to rethink our aversion to bugs-as-food, according to the chef in this clip, David Moskowitz. He’s clearly an advocate of a protein-rich diet of creepy crawlies and a connoisseur of the summer treat cooked up in a Caribbean style. Moskowitz seems to enjoy chowing down on his marinated barbecued bugs. His son, Samuel, was apprehensive at first but was pleasantly surprised by the “delicacy”. Credit: YouTube/samosk9.
