Sheepdog tries to 'herd' cat; cat not interested

This overexcited Shetland Sheepdog (or Sheltie) doesn’t get much of a chance to herd other animals up in Alaska, so when the opportunity to shepherd the household cat comes up, he takes it with both paws.
