A short, informal video clip I made for a student/intern demonstrating a common wrist complaint/adjustment. Please excuse the jargon.
The analysis and complete treatment is *not* included but I posted here to demonstrate what many people do not know which is that hand, wrist, elbow and other joints can and do misalign in a way that the body cannot fix on its own.
Proper adjustments can allow for healing of otherwise chronic and repetitive injuries.
