California native and serial entrepreneur Stephen Samuelian has been involved in real estate construction and development since his late teens. At that time, Samuelian earned his contractors license from the state of California and founded his own construction firm. Stephen Samuelian rose from those humble beginnings to make a deep impact on the lives of his fellow citizens.
While leading the development of a lobby and restaurant at an Embassy Suites Hotel, Stephen Samuelian became acquainted with hotel entrepreneur and business leader Robert E. Woolley. Throughout his successful career, Woolley has overseen the expansion, management and development of more than 10,000 suites in 45 hotels around the world. After forming a relationship with this industry leader, Stephen Samuelian acquired valuable knowledge about hotel construction projects and leveraged this expertise for the benefit of his enterprises.
Among the other accomplishments of Stephen Samuelian is the building of many hotel properties for corporate hotel chains like Travel Lodge, Holiday Corporation, Marriott, Embassy Suites and Radisson. Additionally, Stephen Samuelian has given a tremendous amount of support and guidance for construction services involving apartment buildings, hospitals and other medical facilities. Stephen Samuelian is a founding partner of both Life Generations Healthcare and Covenant Care Incorporated. He maintains further commitments with the Samuelian Family Trust (as manager) and The Perfect Moment Foundation (as president). In a previous role, Stephen Samuelian worked as the President of Sacon Constructors Incorporated, where he also served as Chief Executive Officer. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Medcon Inc., Stephen Samuelian held a specialty in construction services for medical facilities – more specifically in the fields of surgery and radiology.
