00:27And he's like, no, no, no, take it.
00:29I didn't know what he was trying to do or trying to get out of that situation
00:33if he thought it was really cute, but it wasn't.
00:35I was just sitting there with my frozen yogurt and not even enjoying it.
00:40So yeah.
00:42I went to a date and I like, I just couldn't be going on a date.
00:49But I already committed to it and I don't like to flake and cancel plans last minute.
00:54Like I really couldn't be bogged this day.
00:56So I rocked up to the place.
00:58She was already at the table and I saw her through the window and I just kept walking forward.
01:02And I just didn't go on a date.
01:04And I messaged her saying that my car broke down.
01:06So in my head I did the right thing, but then I just like, couldn't be bothered.
01:09And it wasn't going, I'm not a guy to go on dates if I don't think it's going to end in anything seriously.
01:13So I'm just going to waste her time, waste my time.
01:17So I think I just made this decision on the spot and just kept walking straight towards time zone.
01:24No, I played the basketball game.
01:26There's like a basketball connect four.
01:28So I think me and like a kid's mum were waiting around and we were just playing.
01:31So yeah, it was fun.
01:33It was actually a good date.

01:36I went out to dinner with a guy and all he spoke about was himself.
01:41And then after we had dinner, we got into the car.
01:44He drove right in front of a cemetery and he looked back at me and he's like, let's move to the backseat.
01:51Absolutely not.
01:53I said, look, I'm ready to go home, eh?
01:56Probably one of my worst horror date stories is when I drove down the coast a couple of years ago now and matched with a girl on Tinder.
02:05And it was a total catfish and I was just too nice to just like drive away and leave her.
02:11But I ended up just hanging out with her for half an hour, went to McDonald's and then I dropped her home and I drove off, you know, an hour away.
02:22And then realised that she left her phone in my car.
02:25So I think I'd drive back and see her again.
02:27So the worst date I've ever been on was this guy who completely catfished me.
02:32He was four inches shorter than his profile.
02:34He had the worst breath I've ever smelt in my life.
02:36And he painted his fingernails for two in the pink and one in the stink.
02:40So that was why I stopped using dating apps.
02:43Yeah, look, everyone I think has been on a few dates and I have as well, where I just have no connection with the person.
02:51Sometimes that other person has the connection with you and you just don't know how to say that you don't, which is a bit awkward.
