00:00The World Rally Raid Championship brings both the FIA and the FIM together.

00:09The aim of the FIA-FIM World Rally Raid Championship is to establish a year-long competition spanning the globe.

00:15Following this new championship will be the best way to follow the best Rally Raid athletes all over the world and all year long.

00:22Sporting and technical regulations will be aligned, ensuring consistency for competitors across all events.

00:29In this 2025 season, five different rounds will be organized to determine the champions.

00:34The Dakar Rally,

00:37the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge,

00:41the South African Safari Rally,

00:44the BP Ultimate Rally Raid Portugal,

00:47and the Rally du Maroc.

00:49The World Rally Raid Championship is open to all drivers and co-drivers, both amateurs and professionals.

00:55The winners of the Bike and Car Championships will be crowned FIA Rally Raid World Champion and FIM Rally Raid World Champion.

01:03Secondary titles will also be awarded in the Challenger and SSV categories,

01:08as well as in the Quads, Rally 2 and Rally 3 categories.

01:13Each registered manufacturer has the option to nominate up to three drivers per race,

01:18with points for the manufacturer title being awarded based on the performance of the top two drivers.

01:25In the FIA World Rally Raid Championship,

01:27each driver participating in the World Rally Raid Championship will be able to score points on each stage

01:33and on the overall classification of each event.

01:38In the FIM World Rally Raid Championship,

01:40only the overall classification of each event, and not the stages,

01:44will be used to establish the overall championship classification.
