00:04I'm the Chief Operating Officer.

00:06I run a bunch of teams from design, product, engineering, data,

00:10marketing, quality and support, and content policies as well.

00:14Dailymotion is a video platform. We have 350 million global users.

00:19We're both a destination platform and a technology.

00:22In France, for example, 90% of the media uses our technology

00:26to distribute their videos online.

00:28Our society is calling for a change, especially regarding video platform and internet.

00:32We at Dailymotion have to implement a new generation, a new version of video platform.

00:37In order to do so, we have to do a lot of product innovation

00:40and implement a lot of AI in our new product.

00:42I'd like to share with you the two reasons I've joined Dailymotion 10 years ago.

00:46I especially care about respect and environment where we care about each other,

00:50and this is what I've found at Dailymotion over the past 10 years.

00:53The second thing I care the most about in my daily job is to have an impact,

00:58a global impact and an impact beyond my own job.

01:01I mean associative impact, and this is what I can do at Dailymotion on a daily basis.
