In this episode, we continue with the 2nd part of the lesson advancing to the Elementary level, for the feature film 你好, 之华 (Last Letter).
Based on his own novel of the same title, this Chinese romantic drama film was written and directed by Japanese director Shunji Iwai. The film follows the story of a Shanghai librarian as she gets caught up in a case of mistaken identity while pretending to be her deceased sister at a school reunion.
Key Vocabulary: 没事 - méishì - it's not important; it's nothing; never mind 吧 - ba - a particle indicating uncertainty 到 - dào - to arrive 看一看 - kànyīkàn - to have a look 闻 - Wén - to smell 一 - yī - for a brief moment
