Intervals of near-anaerobic-speed cardio alternated with fast-paced toning exercises. Your heart rate never drops -- this program keeps you constantly moving with quick transitions and well-paired aero/tone sequences (e.g. a mountain climber aerobic segment that flows into a similar-position plank toning series is non-stop motion).
