LOOSE TOOTH WON'T COME OUT!

Our daughters loose tooth won't come out. Dad keeps trying to pull the loose tooth but it keeps slipping through his fingers. After a while Dad gives up because that loose tooth won't come out and Uncle Kurt steps in and finally gets the tooth out.
