Memoni Baingun Ka Bhurta / Baingun Ka Raita
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:
-------------------
- Brinjal /Aubergine/ Eggplant : 1 large
- Yougurt : 1 Cup
- Salt : 1/2 tsp

Procedure
-----------------
-Wash and dry brinjal
-Apply oil to brinjal
-Cook the brinjal on the flame until the outer layer becomes black
-Remove the black layer and mashh the brinjal/eggplant
-Beat yogurt in seperate bowl until smooth
-Mix yougurt,salt and mashed brinjal
- Add salt to taste ( i prefer it w/o salt)
- Mix and serve with bajray ki roti

Baingu : 1
Dahi : 1 cup
Namak : 1/2 chai ki chamach

Method
------------
-Baingun ko dho kr khushk kr lain
-is k baad baingun pr achi terhan tel laga lain
-baingun ko cholhay pr paka lain, jub tuk k uska chilka jul jay
-ehtiyat say garam baingun pr say chilka uttar lain
-Or baingun ko kantay ki madad say mash kr lain
-Alaihda piyalay may dahi ko phent lain
- Phir dahi or baingun ko mix kerlain
- Agar aap chahin to apnay taste k hisab say namak shamil ker saktay hain
- Baingan kay bhurtay ko bajray ki roti k saath pesh kerain
