Ingredients dhania (cilantro) - 2 katori/cup, pudina (mint) - 1 katori/cup hara pyaz (spring onions), chopped with some tender leaves - 3 green chillies - 3 ginger paste - 1 tbsp anardana (pomegranate seeds), ground - 3 tbsp salt - 1.5 tbsp water - as needed
Directions 1. add all ingredients to a grinder & pulse a few times. 2. stir & add a little water. 3. grind till fine. 4. transfer to an airtight bottle & store in the fridge.
