He is much involved in projects related to providing services for children with special needs, and has been board member of many charitable organizations.

In 2010, after several years working for a mid-size long term care company, he stepped down from the position of a Vice President of Operations and started the Villa Healthcare project. He managed to turn Villa Healthcare into a top provider of high quality rehabilitation and nursing care. Today, the Villa owns and manages several nursing facilities and other short-term rehabilitation centers throughout the Midwest. Following the idea of “making people better” through high quality care and passionate service to locations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan.
