Judge Hugh Clarke was born and raised in Detroit where seeing the Detroit riots firsthand spraked a desire to build a career in criminal justice. He is now working as a Juris Doctor with the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has founded his own firm, worked in academic, and established experience and expertise in his field.
