We’ll help you find a house or apartment, get your utilities hooked up and deposits waived, select your TV, phone, Internet and security providers, protect your family with insurance coverage, find employment and educational opportunities for your spouse, and connect you with a military-friendly dentist or orthodontist… the list goes on and on! We do everything we can to save you time, money, and headaches during your PCS.

Our mission is to provide a compassionate, comprehensive and professional relocation experience that is responsive to the unique needs of our service members and their families, and that strengthens family well-being and enhances quality of life.
HISTORY
Housing 1 Source was created to make the relocation process easier for our nation’s soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, DoD civilians and their families. We understand the challenges of the mobile military lifestyle and the limitation of relocation services offered. From this experience, we developed Housing 1 Source – a Relocation Center that coordinates all of the services, resources and information you need for PCSing – all under one roof and at no cost to you.
Since opening our doors in 2010, we have assisted more than 1,000 service members and their families. We are proud that we maintain a 100% customer satisfaction rate. Our innovative and unique system is patent-pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
