Today is actually day 5 of the Temu shoe test — small correction from the last video where I mislabeled it as day 4. Pre-run thoughts today: these $30 shoes have genuinely felt good this whole stretch, and I'm feeling like I'm actually getting better with each run.

Five days into this experiment now, and the combination of the shoes performing well and real running improvement showing up together is exactly the kind of result that makes this whole test worth doing. Confidence is building heading into each run instead of dreading it like some of the earlier days.

Five days in and feeling stronger — that's real momentum. What's helped you build confidence in a new habit or challenge you've started?
